Booking conditions 2026

Reservations are made only after direct contact with the hosts, in order to ensure a personalised welcome and preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the house.

Bookings are made directly, without intermediaries. Rates are for 2 guests, breakfast and tourist tax included.
Minimum stay: 3 nights  and 5 nights in July and August.

Mid season: from 1 April to June 1th and from September 16th to October 31st. 

High season: from June 1th to September 15th, as well as during the Lemon Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix.

 

30% deposit required – free cancellation up to 2 months before arrival.

Credit cards not accepted.

 

All our rooms are air-conditioned, south-west facing and have a private entrance.
They include a TV, an electric kettle, a hairdryer and a private shower room with toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.  Secure, gated parking is available within the residence for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

 

Safran & Pistachio

Two bright and peaceful rooms for 2 guests. 160 cm beds, terrace. Refrigerator in coridort. Independant acces .

Apricot & Lemon

Two more spacious rooms. Lemon 160cm bed & balcony. Apricot  180cm bed  (or 2 x 90cm) & terrace. Refrigerator and wardrobe. Independant acces.
The Apricot room can accommodate a third guest +40€ /night

A  small room for 1–2 guests.160 cm bed, direct outdoor access. Ideal short stay.
